Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy can be an valuable resource to help you navigate through difficult times and move toward your goals. Our team uses evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual person and drawing on expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Relational and Dynamic Therapies. Common reasons for seeking individual therapy include anxiety, depression, life transition, concerns related to aspects of identity (e.g. gender, sexuality, race/ethnicity, spirituality), and difficulties managing emotions and/or relationships.

Trauma Therapy

​Traumatic experiences can lead people to feel stuck in the past, out of control, and unable to move forward. Our team draws on broad expertise in evidence-based treatments for trauma and PTSD. Our experts are trained in Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and integrated trauma treatments within a Dialectical Behavior Therapy framework (DBT-PE and DBT-PTSD). Couple and Family Therapy

Relationships can be one of the most rewarding and challenging parts of life. When challenges become too difficult to solve, therapy can be helpful. Many couples and families benefit from exploring challenges, learning skills to improve communication, and developing strategies to move from conflict to collaboration and connection.  Couple and family therapy focuses on relationships as the place where solutions can be developed and challenges can be overcome. Our team works to support couples and families in understanding stuck points, interrupting conflict, building resiliency, reestablishing empathy and connection, and collaborating to navigate life together.

Consultation Services

In addition to psychotherapy, our team provides consultation to psychologists, professionals, and organizations seeking to improve their ability to provide trauma-informed psychotherapy services and address the needs of high-conflict relationships.  In addition to one-on-one consultation, we offer public speaking and training engagements on those topics.
